The entirety of my career has been spent helping others to unleash their career potential: starting as a volunteer as an undergraduate in the career center at The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, supporting my Columbia MBA classmates as a class career advisor, and
leading to my decades long career as an executive recruiter
